Wolfenstein The New Order was made by Machine Games and released by Bathesda Softworks. The game was developed for all third generation gaming consoles including Xbox One, Xbox 360, Microsoft Windows (PC), PlayStation 3 and PlayStation 4 as well. Wolfenstein is the first game in this series that was published on 20th of May 2014. The first game Wolfenstein was released in 2009 for the first time. The story of this game was set back during the victory and losing while in World War II. The Germans, Japan and Italy have won this war and their unity called Nazis. The gameplay features the single player to stop the authority of Nazis in worldwide. The main objective of this game is to stop occupation and make equal rules and justice for everyone. The whole gameplay story divided in several chapters where the player will face different missions at different locations with different difficulty levels. The player will use different small and heavy weapons such as dual wield weapons. The gameplay has similar features to Sniper Elite 3, Lost Planet 3, Sniper Ghost Warrior, Far Cry 3, Watch Dogs and many others.
The gameplay is similar to other first person shooting games where the player will face enemies that are heavily loaded with dangerous weapons. The player will use its weapons to defend the health and also kill the enemies. The health system is similar to other action and adventure games but this game features health in different sections. The health of player will regenerate throughout in the gameplay. The enemies have different locations where the player is required to navigate through running, walking, crouching, swimming and shooting as well. Many of the game features are similar to other shooting and action PC games like COD 4 Modern Warfare, Medal of Honor, Battlefield and others.
Melee attacking system is the best way to fight against the enemies and destroy their objects and targets without getting into fire. The enemies also fulfilled with different weapons including assault rifles, sniper rifles, bombs, knife and more. The developer added bundle of new weapons which will put the enemies into the hell. There are many weaponry upgrades were ready including rocket launcher, laser cannon, fire thrower and other assault rifles very well. The best feature of this game is to find and locate different weapons from the ground. The player is also able to pick up the weapons of dead enemies and use them against the targets.
