Mortal Kombat 4 (MK4) is combat fighting and action game that is most popular in the series of Mortal Kombat games. Mortal Kombat 4 is old style game developed by Eurocom and released by Midway Games. It was published for all old gaming platforms that are Microsoft Windows (PC), PlayStation (PS), Arcade, Game boy color and Nintendo. The game was released in 1997 for the first time in the month of October for all available platforms. Mortal kombat 4 is similar to older and newer versions of Mortal Kombat games. Mortal Kombat 4 has the similar gameplay to other combat and fighting games including Street Fighter, WWE Smackdown vs RAW, The King of Fighters, Tekken series and many others. Mortal Kombat 4 has the feature that if player one has dropped the weapon then the player two is able to pick up and use that weapon against the first player.
The special weapons or object dropping system was moderated through older technologies and engine system. The later time released combat games in mortal kombat series were improved, redesigned and revised through latest technologies like Tekken 3. MK4 has improved health damaging system that features hard health damage on combos, powers and hitting with special weapons. The infinite combos will take more damage and provide more injury to the opponent player. Multiplayer feature allows the player to fight against multiple players through keyboard or game pads (only PC) players.
